Virtual Retreat Experience

Liberation is the lived experience of freedom.

A Retreat for Women Leaders

Liberation is an invitation from the heart to come back into the body and take account. It’s not enough to think yourself free - liberation begins with integrating body, heart, and mind.

Liberation is a deep bodily knowing and attunement. Imagine each person operating at a particular, unique frequency - and you already have the power to tap into your own wisdom.

Liberation is an active practice. You have to remember where you come from, who you are, and what you long for.

Liberation enables us to:
  • See our place in the world, our interconnection, and our particular path toward wholeness
  • Reclaim power and agency to be wholly ourselves in the world
  • Transform systems of oppression and domination into something new

We will gather virtually over several sessions to build beloved community, remember our worth, wisdom, and power, and explore liberatory practices. Our wish is that participants leave the experience more deeply understanding what they long for, what has been holding them back, and what actions they wish to take, complete with a customized map of how they’ll get there.

Why join us?
  • Because you matter
  • Because you want time and space to reconnect with yourself
  • Because it is hard to build your own capacity when serving the needs of others

Who is this for?
Women leaders who are:
  • Curious about exploring liberation in community
  • Feeling outraged, soul weary, stuck, and depleted
  • Acutely aware of the gap between what they know could be possible and where we are

Our Time Together

Through interactive discussions, storytelling, individual reflection time, somatic work, space for low-risk practice, and dedicated time for connection, we examine the narratives, practices, structures, and personal context that shape how we engage.

We will take stock of where we are and how we got here, remember our worth and deepest wisdom, and honor what we want and need. We will consider questions such as:
  • What does it look like to engage from a place of liberation individually? collectively?
  • What narratives are at work in our lives, and what might we want to change?
  • What choices do we make to honor what we need?

We also recognize that this retreat is a place to start. Our wish is for you to leave with what you need, equipped with a map to get there that is uniquely yours.

Kim C. D'Abreu, Gloria González, and Natalie Radolinski will be your guides for this retreat experience.
